In 2018, in accordance with the plan of measures for engineering arrangement of micro-districts of mass residential development approved by the government of the region, IDGC of Centre - Belgorodenergo division constructed grids for connecting 1,231 sites of individual housing construction. About 180 million rubles (including VAT) were allocated for these purposes.
13 micro-districts of individual housing construction in Belgorodsky, Starooskolsky, Gubkinsky, Yakovlevsky and Novooskolsky districts of the region are provided with power grid infrastructure. The largest amount of work was carried out in the micro-districts “Streletskoye-73”, “Streletskoye-83”, “Stroitel”, and “Molodyozhny”. In total, the branch constructed about 65 km of grids and installed 16 package transformer substations with a total capacity of 3.3 MW. Also, design and survey work was carried out on construction of electrical grids in the micro-district “Vostochny” in the city of Belgorod.
The regional program to provide affordable and comfortable housing and utilities services to residents of the Belgorod region has been implemented since 2005. During this time, the branch has provided electricity supply to more than 71 thousand sites of private developers, constructed over five thousand km of 0.4-10 kV power lines, put into operation more than 1,100 transformer substations. All works are performed with the use of modern electrical equipment, providing a high level of reliability and safety of power supply to consumers.
