Kostromaenergo recognized as an organization of high social efficiency

IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division became the winner of the regional stage of the All-Russian contest “Russian organization of high social efficiency”. Power engineers excelled at once in three competitive nominations: “For the development of social partnership in organizations of the industrial sphere”, “For the development of personnel potential in organizations of the industrial sphere”, “For the formation of a healthy lifestyle in organizations of the industrial sphere”. During the award ceremony held in the administration of the Kostroma region, Deputy Governor Ivan Korsun presented the winners’ diplomas to the head of the HR department of Kostromaenergo Nadezhda Muravieva.

The contest “Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency” was organized by the Ministry of Labour and Social Development of the Russian Federation with the participation of federal and regional executive authorities, All-Russian associations of employers and trade unions, and has been held since 2009. Kostromaenergo is its regular participant, and always succeeds. Over the past 5 years, the branch was consistently recognized as the best at the regional stage in several nominations at once.
