Yarenergo’s Customer Service Centre received over 13 thousand calls

Employees of the Customer Service Centre (CSC) of IDGC of Centre - Yarenergo division processed more than 13 thousand calls for 11 months of 2018.

The largest number of calls was related to connection to the company’s grids. During this period, Yaroslavl citizens submitted 4,120 applications for grid connection, and specialists of the Customer Service Centre conducted 3,804 consultations in this area. The service “Grid connection support” was used by 2,467 clients. This a value-added service of the company in the framework of which Yarenergo’s specialists undertake the performance of all the work prescribed to the client. Thus, the consumer saves his time and gets high-quality work done on a turnkey grid connection.

Among clients of the Customer Service Centre there are both individuals and legal entities. So, not only residential houses, but also enterprises, organizations, social infrastructure facilities are among connected to the power grid of the branch this year. The most significant facilities connected to the grid were a hotel and a warehouse in the city of Yaroslavl, a wholesale distribution centre in the industrial park “Novoselki” and a Ferris wheel in the centre of Yaroslavl.

The vast majority of the calls were filed by citizens in person, when visiting the Customer Service Centre. The CSC of Yarenergo can serve up to seven visitors at a time and receive about a hundred people a day, it has an electronic queue and a comfortable waiting area.

In addition to personal visits, with development of information technologies for contacting the branch, residents increasingly use correspondence channels of communication - the customer’s personal account on IDGC of Centre’s website at https://lkk.mrsk-1.ru/ and the power grid portal at https://портал-тп.рф/ through which, among other things, it is possible to receive services for grid connection in electronic form. A total of 1,968 calls were filed through them. And through the portal “Light Country” at https://светлаястрана.рф/ since 22 August 99 calls have been received. The portal “Light Country” is a project of ROSSETI for feedback from electricity consumers. Through it, residents can transmit messages about power outages, its quality, as well as defects in electric equipment.
