Since the beginning of the year, more than 1,200 employees of Kurskenergo upgraded their qualification

IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division summed up the work on staff training for 11 months of 2018. More than 1,200 employees underwent training and refresher courses.

At the training point of the operating personnel of Kurskenergo, 125 power engineers received new knowledge, among them electricians from field-operating mobile crews and masters of crews in the operation of distribution grids and electrical equipment diagnostics.

855 employees of the branch underwent professional retraining on the site of the “Kursk Regional Training and Retraining Centre of Housing and Utilities Staff”, including drivers of aerials and aerial work platforms, personnel for work with diggers and crane machines, personnel for work at height, slingers, forest loggers, and drivers.

159 people studied at the Federal Educational Institution “Educational and Methodical Study Room” of Rostechnadzor in Moscow under the programs “Training and testing knowledge of occupational safety requirements for managers and specialists”, “Fire-technical minimum at electric grid enterprises”, “Operation of relay protection and emergency control devices”, “Safe methods and techniques for performing work at height”.

133 specialists of the enterprise completed short-term professional training within the framework of specialized programs.
