Specialists of IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division summed up the results of work with customers over the past 10 months of the current year.
During this period, 27,184 requests from residents of the Kursk region were received by the Customer Service Centres (CSCs) and customer service points (CSPs). 3,866 of them were related to grid connection, 8,577 - provision of value-added services, more than 14 thousand calls were connected with outages, transmission, commercial metering of electricity, maintenance of power grid facilities.
Value-added services in replacing metering devices were the most demanded - 4,153 applications, in support of grid connection - 2,133, more than 2.2 thousand requests were registered for grids removal services, equipment testing and diagnostics, outdoor lighting, provision of technical resources.
Also, for 10 months of 2018, Kurskenergo’s experts executed 1,757 contracts for the service provision “Execution of work related to the customer’s competence in the implementation of the grid connection procedure”, under which the grid company’s specialists carry out a list of works prescribed by technical specifications of applicants.
Kurskenergo, following the principle of customer focus, conducts systematic work aimed at improving the quality of customer service. For convenience of residents of the Kursk region, the branch has a preliminary appointment for reception by specialists of the CSCs and CSPs, which are located in each Distribution Zone. Reception of requests is also carried out through correspondence channels of communication: through the call-centre, the Internet reception of IDGC of Centre.
