Smolenskenergo for 10 months of 2018 received almost 114 thousand requests from consumers

For the past period, IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division received 113,644 requests from consumers. The most convenient form for consumers was a correspondence form of communication with specialists - the toll-free direct line of power engineers at 13-50, which was used by 68,554 people and 28,006 customers applied in person to a customer service centre (CSC) or to specialists of customer care offices at Distribution Zones.

The Smolensk branch of IDGC of Centre constantly improves the quality system of its services provided, using modern technologies and communication channels, carries out activities aimed at improving the quality of service. Since 2015, Smolenskenergo has had a system of pre-registration for reception at the customer service office. And since 2017, Smolenskenergo’s services can be paid on-line. On the official website of IDGC of Centre, an electronic service has been launched, which allows residents of the Smolensk region to pay for services under grid connection agreements and all value-added services of the branch in non-cash form (without commission).

In 2018, it became possible to apply for grid connection using a personal account on IDGC of Centre’s website. In order to submit an application, it is enough for a consumer to go from the tab “Grid connection” on the main page of the company’s website to the tab “Personal account” or in the section “Consumer/Consumer services” go to the tab “Personal account of the customer” (https://lkk.mrsk-1.ru/).

In addition, this year the All-Russian Internet portal “Light Country” (светлаястрана.рф), launched by PJSC ROSSETI, has started working. It was created to simplify the interaction of the grid complex with consumers, each of which can now, in the simplest possible way and in a free form, inform about the problem with his power supply.
