Employees of Tambovenergo held a class on electrical safety for pupils of a gymnasium of the city of Morshansk

Employees of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division continue to conduct electrical safety lessons for children and adolescents of educational institutions of the Tambov region. The next lesson for students of the municipal budgetary general education institution "Gymnasium" of the city of Morshansk was held on the territory of Morshansky Distribution Zone of the branch. More than 20 children became its participants.

The power engineers gave a tour for the children to the Distribution Zone building, told the schoolchildren about the basic electrical safety rules and the meaning of warning signs on electrical equipment, and demonstrated first aid methods to the victim from the effects of electric current. Thematic videos, as well as contests and quizzes helped the children consolidate their knowledge. At the end of the lesson, the participants were given thematic brochures and posters.

The lessons of electrical safety are one of the most important areas of the program to reduce the risk of injury to third parties at power facilities of IDGC of Centre.
