Head of Tambovenergo inspected the work of the branch’s crews at the exercises of power engineers in Tver

In the Tver region, within the framework of large-scale power engineering exercises to work out interaction and eliminate disruptions in the operation of the power grid complex, employees of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division cleared 377.1 hectares of ROWs along overhead power lines.

The head of the branch visited the base of Vyshnevolotsky Distribution Zone, workplaces and locations for crews, talked with masters and electricians. He checked the provision of tools and transport equipment, the volume of work performed and the living conditions of accommodation.

“The employees of Tambovenergo are faced with the important tasks of clearing ROWs of 10-35-110 kV power lines and felling trees that threaten to fall on overhead lines in Vyshnevolotsky district of the Tver region. During two months of the exercises, our specialists proved their ability to work ahead of the planned schedule and with full dedication. Their professionalism and well-coordinated work will allow to reduce the failure rate and improve the reliability and quality of power supply to residents of the Tver region,” stressed Acting Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division director Nikolay Bogomolov.

At the time of the exercises, weekly visits of the branch’s managers at various levels are scheduled. Now 133 Tambovenergo’s employees are involved in the exercises, consisting of 18 crews.
