IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division continues claim-related work aimed at paying off receivables for consumed electricity.
From January to September 2018, 104 cases for a total of 500 million rubles were in production of courts of various instances. In 30 cases, decisions have already been made in favour of the enterprise, the total amount charged for recovery was 71 million rubles. As of 30 September 2018, there were 11 writs of execution in the amount of 26 million rubles for enforcement of receivables for the provision of services for electricity transmission in the service of bailiffs.
“The actions of defaulters threaten the reliability of electricity supply to consumers in the region, since the funds received by Tambovenergo for providing electricity transmission services are used, among other things, to implement production programs. The company will consistently continue working to collect accounts receivable, using all mechanisms provided for by the current legislation,” stresses Acting Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division director Nikolay Bogomolov.
