Employees of IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division, participating in PJSC ROSSETI’s exercises to organize interaction and eliminate violations at power grid facilities of the Tver region, visited the monastery of the Nilo-Stolobenskaya Pustyn - an Orthodox shrine of Russia.
The largest spiritual and cultural centre is located on an island in the middle of Lake Seliger, near the town of Ostashkov in the Tver region. The Kursk power engineers had a sightseeing tour of the holy monastery, where they became acquainted with the life and history of the monastery. In addition, Kurskenergo’s employees climbed the circular observation platform of the bell tower to admire the panoramic view of Lake Seliger, monasterial temples and buildings.
“It is very important that in a series of difficult working days we managed to visit such a special place. Here you can relax the mind, escape, gain strength for further work,” shared impressions Evgeny Orlov, the master of a crew for operation of distribution grids of Central Distribution Zone of the branch “Kurskenergo”.
