Deputy Chief Engineer for Operational-Technological and Situational Management - Head of the Grid Control Centre of IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division Sergey Shumarov, Head of the HR Department of the branch Alla Korolkova together with Chairman of the trade union organization of the branch Galina Ryabtseva attended the exercises in the Tver region. The trip took place at the weekend, which made it possible not only to get acquainted with the sanitary and living conditions of crews, but also to communicate with staff.
On this day, there was a “shift change” at the base of the village of Shigalovo. Part of the staff, who had spent two weeks in the Tver region, was going home, and they were replaced by new participants in the exercises from Smolenskenergo - 24 people.
During the trip, the managers also visited the hotel “Kolyba” in the village of Andreykovo and the camp site of the village of Bolshoye Grishkino, where Smolenskenergo’s staff, who is currently working at Kalininsky Distribution Zone, live.
The managers talked with the staff about complaints, state of health, living and working conditions.
“All our employees are actively involved in the work. The best specialists of our branch take part in the exercises in the Tver region. I think their professionalism and well-coordinated work will help achieve the set tasks and fulfill all the plans,” commented Alla Korolkova, the head of Smolenskenergo’s HR department.
