Every day I visit about 5-6 crews to ensure that all the rules are strictly followed, discipline is observed, and that the required documentation is completed correctly. At the same time, I necessarily communicate with the crew on the subject of health and sanitary conditions. All the guys are serious about the work and fulfill the tasks set professionally and on time.”
