Tambovenergo received about 43 thousand customer requests for nine months of 2018

IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division summed up the results of work with customers for 9 months of 2018.

During the reporting period, the branch received 41,929 customer calls. The main part (33,650 calls) was sent in absentia (via the call-centre of IDGC of Centre, Internet reception, mail), the remaining 8,279 requests were filed during customer visits to the company's service offices.

About three thousand calls were related to grid connection. Over six thousand times, citizens applied to Tambovenergo to provide value-added services.

The results of 9 months showed the relevance of the service “Execution of work relating to the competence of the client in the grid connection implementation” (“Grid connection support”) with citizens of the Tambov region. In January-September, they concluded about 370 contracts for the provision of this service in the amount of about 9 million rubles with the power company.

Tambovenergo is actively engaged in informing customers about its services through regional media, the corporate website of IDGC of Centre and websites of municipalities of the Tambov region. The list of value-added services provided by the company is placed on stands in Distribution Zones. In addition, the power company organizes field presentations in municipalities. For example, in January-September, representatives of the service sales unit of Tambovenergo held presentations of the service for maintenance and development of outdoor lighting networks for heads of village councils of several districts of the region.

Round-the-clock calls are received regarding absence and violation of the quality of electricity, reports on theft of electricity and equipment.
