Head of Tambovenergo inspected the work of crews of the Tambov branch of IDGC of Centre at the federal exercises of power engineers

In the Tver region, within the framework of large-scale exercises of power engineers to work out the interaction and eliminate interruptions in the operation of the power grid complex, employees of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division cleared 161.5 hectares of ROWs along overhead power lines.

And Acting Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division director Nikolay Bogomolov visited Vyshnevolotsky Distribution Zone of Tverenergo, where the staff of Tambovenergo works. During the meeting, he noted:

“According to the scenario of the exercises, the specialists of Tambovenergo are faced with the important tasks of clearing ROWs of 10-35-110kV and felling trees that threaten to fall on overhead lines in Vyshnevolotsky district of the Tver region. This will allow to reduce the failure rate, minimize the risk of power outages in the district due to adverse weather conditions.”

The head of the branch visited the base of Vyshnevolotsky Distribution Zone, workplaces and locations of the crews, talked with masters and electricians. I checked the availability of tools and transport equipment, the volume of work performed and their compliance with the schedule of the exercises, living conditions.

At the time of the exercises, weekly visits of the branch’s managers at various levels are scheduled. The exercises involved 95 employees of Tambovenergo as part of 17 crews.
