The management of the Kostroma branch of IDGC of Centre organizes leisure activities of its Kostroma colleagues, who are currently at the exerciseы of subsidiaries and dependent companies of PJSC “Rosseti” on organizing interaction and eliminating mass violations at power grid facilities in the Tver region.
Kostromaenergo’s employees are working on the territory of Torzhoksky, Likhoslavsky and Kuvshinovsky Distribution Zones. In order to make their weekend interesting and eventful, the trade union organized sightseeing tours to Tver and Likhoslavl, where they visited the main sights. Kostroma power engineers familiarized themselves with the history and traditions of the Tver province. So, the members of the Nerekhta crew of Kostromaenergo, who visited the Likhoslavsky local history museum, learned the history of the Karelian national life. Tver Karelians historically live in Likhoslavsky district. “My native Nerekhta is called an open-air museum, many tourists come to us, and here I was lucky to get acquainted with the same small district town of Likhoslavl. With great pleasure I looked at the wooden architecture, woodworking technique. It’s good that such an excursion was organized for the guys and me,” said Igor Lobanov, the chief engineer of Nerekhtsky Distribution Zone of IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division.
The union took care of the organization of free time of workers at the place of residence. The exercises’ participants brought a whole arsenal of sports equipment. The guys were pleased with the latest issues of the corporate newspaper “Russian Grids” and industry magazines.
“It is very important for us that, far from family and friends, employees feel themselves as members of a friendly team, in their free time they can find something for themselves,” said Nadezhda Muravieva, the head of the HR department of IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division.
