Since the beginning of the year Tambovenergo collected about 71 million rubles from debtors

IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division continues claim-related work aimed at paying off receivables for consumed electricity.

From January to August 2018 in the production of courts of various instances there were 101 cases totalling 482 million rubles. Under 30 cases, decisions have already been made in favour of the enterprise, the total amount charged to them for recovery was 71 million rubles. As of 31 August 2018, the bailiff service has 10 writs of execution in the amount of 22 million rubles for enforcement of receivables for the provision of electricity transmission services.

“The actions of defaulters threaten the reliability of electricity supply to consumers in the region, since the funds received by Tambovenergo for the provision of electricity transmission services are used, among other things, to implement production programs. The company will consistently continue to work to collect accounts receivable, using all mechanisms provided for by the current legislation,” stresses Acting Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division director Nikolay Bogomolov.
