Hotline of power engineering specialists:
A team of 17 crews of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division, consisting of 95 people, began work in the framework of joint exercises of power engineers, the regional branch of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and contracting organizations to work out the principles of interaction during the elimination of mass outages of power grid facilities organized by IDGC of Centre in the Tver region.
According to the scenario of the exercises, Tambovenergo’s specialists are faced with the task of clearing ROWs of 10-35-110 kV and felling trees that threaten to fall onto overhead lines. The total amount of work will be 242 hectares. The Tambov power engineers work at facilities belonging to the service area of Vyshnevolotsky Distribution Zone of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division. The branch’s crews have 24 vehicles, including a mobile shredder (mulcher) Rayco C 185, designed to clear ROWs along overhead power lines from trees and shrubs.
Tambovenergo’s specialists have a resolute mood, they enthusiastically set to work, realizing the high confidence placed in them. The work is being carried out in settlements of Vyshnevolotsky district of the Tver region: the villages of Kozhakino, Bukholovo, Garusovo, Obradovo, Derevkovo, Podol, in the settlement of Beliy Mut, as well as near the railway station "Leontyevo".
