20.09.2018

IDGC of Centre is continuing work on connection of consumers to electric grids. For seven months of 2018, the company concluded about 24.5 thousand contracts for grid connection with consumers, more than 20 thousand contracts were executed. The total connected capacity under the executed contracts exceeded 400 MW, the total revenue from grid connection was over 800 million rubles.

Since the beginning of the year, IDGC of Centre has connected a number of enterprises and facilities important for the social and economic development of its regions of activity (11 entities of the Central Federal District) to the electricity grid. Among such projects, completed recently there is provision of electricity to the industrial park "Factory" with the customer contract demand of 855 kW and outdoor lighting of two sections of the federal highway M-2 "Crimea" in the Belgorod region.

Construction of the industrial park "Factory" with the area of 24.1 hectares has begun this year in the settlement of Severny with the purpose of support of small and medium enterprises. According to forecasts, by 2022 there will be at least 30 resident enterprises. To deliver power to it, the Belgorod branch of IDGC of Centre fulfilled the design of the power supply scheme and constructed two sections of overhead power lines from power facilities feeding the park to the border of the applicant’s land plot. The main power sources for the lighting infrastructure of the sections of the M-2 "Crimea" highway with a total length of 28.5 km passing through the territories of Yakovlevsky and Belgorodsky districts are the 110 kV "Rudnik" and "Mayskaya" substations. In Yakovlevsky district, to provide power supply for the power grid of IDGC of Centre, a 10 kV power line with a length of more than a kilometre was constructed and a tap was installed.

Earlier, the Belgorod branch of the company provided electricity to the first of four stages of the pharmaceutical plant of the company "Advance Pharmaceuticals" and a new production line of the plant "Veropharm", which produces cytotoxic medicinal forms used in oncology and supplied to all regions of Russia.

On the site of another federal highway, M-11 "Moscow-Saint Petersburg" in Bologovsky district of the Tver region, power engineers of IDGC of Centre in March carried out the grid connection of electrical installations with a capacity of 1 MW. For this purpose, a 12-kilometre cable-overhead line of 10 kV was constructed from the 35/10 kV "Aleshinka" substation, and modernization was carried out at the power facility.

The Orel branch of the company in the first half of the year fulfilled the grid connection of the second stage of the new production complex of JSC "HMS Livgidromash" (part of the structure of a large machine-building and engineering holding JSC "HMS Group"). To do this, the power company increased the capacity of the 110/10/6 kV "Livgidromash" substation, which feeds the enterprise. JSC "HMS Livgidromash" is one of the largest manufacturers of pumping equipment in the territory of Russia, the geography of its supplies covers most regions of Russia and more than 30 countries. IDGC of Centre completed the work on the connection of its first stage in the spring of 2016, ensuring the delivery of 15 MW of capacity to the enterprise. And the branch "Lipetskenergo" in June increased the capacity of the Lebedyansky plant of construction and finishing machines by 4.2 MW (OJSC "Stroymash"). Additional power was required for the enterprise, which is the largest domestic manufacturer and supplier of specialized equipment, to expand production.

In the Yaroslavl region in early July, IDGC of Centre connected to the grid the tourist complex "Water Sports Centre "Vetreno", for which about three kilometres of overhead and cable power lines of 10-0.4 kV were constructed. The new complex is located on 23 hectares at the Cherkasy cape in Breitovsky district and became the centre of formation of a new recreational cluster of the region.

A large amount of work was done by the company with connection to the grid of large agro-industrial facilities. In the Tambov region, IDGC of Centre’s specialists provided the delivery of 3.8 MW of capacity to the poultry farm "Ilovaiskaya" commissioned after modernization - one of the largest agricultural enterprises in the region. For this purpose, the power engineers reconstructed 10 kV overhead lines # 3 and 6 "Khobotovskaya" connecting the poultry farm with the 110/35/10 kV substation with the same name. The Kursk branch of IDGC of Centre in July completed the project on connection to the power grid of a large high-tech meat processing facility with a production capacity of 185 thousand tons per year, which is being built in Zheleznogorsky district of the Kursk region by the company "AgroPromkomplektatsiya-Kursk". Within the framework of this project, a 14-kilometre tap from the 35 kV "Troitskaya-Voropaevo" overhead line was constructed to the 35/10 kV substation of the applicant. The total connected capacity of the facility is 4.9 MW. In addition, in the first half of the year, Kurskenergo’s specialists increased by 0.8 MW the capacity of the mushroom growing facility "Mushroom Rainbow", which they connected in 2017, producing up to 12,000 tons of mushroom products per year for the Kursk region and other regions of the Black Soil region.

In the Bryansk region, IDGC of Centre provided power supply to a farm with grazing cattle of LLC "Bryansk Meat Company", a part of the agro-industrial holding "Miratorg" - for this, a new 10 kV overhead line was constructed by power engineers. The facility was commissioned in late May. And the Kostroma branch of the company provided the delivery of power to a mushroom facility of LLC "AC "Sudislavsky". The launch of the facility with a capacity of 480 tons per year is planned for the autumn of 2018.

Connection to the grid of significant social facilities continued in the first half of the year. Power engineers of the branch "Smolenskenergo" completed the grid connection of a perinatal centre under construction in Smolensk at the end of June. The facility with a maximum connected capacity of 2.29 MW is being built within the framework of the region’s healthcare modernization under the regional state program "Health Development in the Smolensk Region" for 2014-2020". And specialists of the Belgorod branch of IDGC of Centre implemented the grid connection of a new high-tech cardiac centre, which opened in Stary Oskol in May.

Among housing development facilities, connected by specialists of IDGC of Centre, is a new micro-district in the southern part of Tambov, built within the framework of the "Housing for the Russian Family" program. During the first stage of the grid connection, the power company connected three residential houses with 446 apartments with a total residential area of 25,000 square metres, for this purpose more than 5 km of cable lines from 110/6 kV substation #5 to the customer’s transformer substation of 6/0.4 kV were constructed, from which new homes are supplied with electricity. The second stage of connection to the branch’s grid will be completed as more residential buildings are finished in the new micro-district. In Lipetsk, in late August, the company supplied electricity to the multi-storey residential building under construction in Yeletsky micro-district, where part of the apartments are provided for participants in the state program "Resettlement from dilapidated and emergency housing" and orphans.

Fulfilling its obligations on timely and full-scale connection to the grid of large industrial facilities and production sites, houses, small and medium-sized businesses, IDGC of Centre makes a significant contribution to the social and economic development of the regions of the Central Federal District.
