Specialists of IDGC of Centre - Voronezhenergo division took part in the regional stage of the All-Russian Energy Saving Festival "Together Brighter!", which took place in Voronezh on 15 September.
The All-Russian Festival of Energy Saving and Energy Efficiency, organized with the support of the Ministry of Energy of Russia, Rosmolodezh, the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, State Corporation "Housing and Utilities Reform Fund" has been held in all regions of Russia for the third consecutive year.
Specialists of the Voronezh branch of IDGC of Centre actively supported the idea of the festival: during the year the power engineers conduct in schools energy efficiency classes at which children learn all about modern technologies and equipment for efficient use and saving of energy resources. The event completing the regional stage of the festival was a quest for energy efficiency, organized by specialists from Voronezhenergo. A fascinating and cognitive event was held on Saturday, 15 September, in the park "Scarlet Sails" - one of the favourite vacation spots of Voronezh.
During the quest, everyone was invited to find in the recreation park special places where questions about energy efficiency and energy saving were posted, correctly answer them and get thematic souvenirs, as well as diplomas of participants in the game. About 50 children and their parents took part in the fascinating competition. The older generation showed interest in the festival too: Voronezhenergo’s experts shared with them useful information about measures and methods of energy saving in everyday life and at work.
"Participation in the All-Russian festival "Together Brighter!" became an important mission for our employees in the field of promoting energy saving and increasing energy efficiency. The main events of the festival are aimed at children and young people, as they will fully use all energy-saving technologies. This will help the economy of the region and the whole country become truly effective and advanced," stressed Evgeny Golubchenko, Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Voronezhenergo division director.
