Young specialists from three regions gathered in the Lipetsk region.
Power engineers of Lipetsk, Tambov and Voronezh gathered for the Youth Gathering of a branch of IDGC of Centre. Among the guests there were representatives of the regional department of youth policy and the Youth Parliament of Lipetsk. The famous business coach Daniil Finogeev was invited for 60 young specialists of Lipetskenergo. A host of prestigious MBA business courses, a coach of Rosatom State Corporation worked out basic communication skills with the power engineers. During the psychological games, Daniil Finogeev taught the young specialists to make a good impression on dissatisfied interlocutors. After all, according to the coach, the ability to negotiate is the key to a successful career and an interesting life.
In the second part of the Gathering the youth took part in sports team building. Team competitions show the most purposeful, develop the ability to work in a team. In addition, sports are an opportunity to make friends and have fun.
"The more difficult is the task, the more important is the ability to work in a team. Energy is an uneasy sphere and sometimes the well-being of a large number of people depends on the coherence of actions. That’s why our company considers such gatherings necessary for young specialists. Today they have learned how to act harmoniously in sports, tomorrow they will also behave together in the workplace," Ekaterina Mushnikova, the head of the HR office of IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division, explained the purpose of the Youth Gathering.
