Specialists of IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division started reconstruction of one of the major power centres of the region - the 110/35/6 kV Substation "Bui-district" in the town of Bui. The power engineers will install an operating current control device at the power facility, upgrade part of the equipment and perform a number of other works.
The substation "Bui-district" feeds 27 settlements of Buisky district, where more than 9 thousand people live. Its reconstruction will improve the reliability of electricity supply to the residential sector, 36 socially significant facilities, as well as a number of industrial enterprises, among which, in particular, there is a poultry farm "Buiskaya" and a chemical plant of ZAO "Ecokhimmash" important for the region’s economy.
