Kurskenergo organized summer rest for employees and their children

IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division summed up the results of the work on improving the health of employees and their children during the summer period of 2018. Within the framework of the current collective agreement and voluntary medical insurance, more than 120 employees of the branch and members of their families had a rest on the sea, in sanatoriums and children’s health camps on preferential terms.

One of the favourite vacation spots for power engineers was the seaside of the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Crimea. In particular, this year the employees of Kurskenergo rested in the resort cities of Sochi, Anapa, Yalta and Yevpatoria. The trade-union committee paid their travel expenses.

In June 2018, more than 80 children of employees gained strength in the sports and recreation centre named after V. Tereshkova near Kursk. In addition, 7 children rested in sanatoriums and children’s camps in the Kursk region. According to the collective agreement, parents pay only 20% of the cost of the voucher, and the remaining part of the cost of their purchase is taken over by the branch’s administration. Vouchers are offered free of charge to large families, single-parent families, families with children with disabilities.

In general, Kurskenergo allocated 3.4 million rubles in the framework of the collective agreement on recreation and recovery of employees and their children this year.
