IDGC of Centre - Belgorodenergo division determined winners of the annual competition for the best improvement and landscaping of the territory of the repair and production bases of Distribution Zones "Green Distribution Zone".
The expert commission, which included specialists of the branch’s executive staff, evaluated the work carried out by power engineers under 106 criteria, taking into account the sanitary and aesthetic state of the territory and buildings of the Distribution Zone, compliance with the corporate style, availability and condition of lawns, flowerbeds, mixborders, architectural forms, artificial reservoirs, places of recreation.
As a result, Chernyansky Distribution Zone was recognized as the most well-organized. Its workers turned their repair and production base into a comfortable territory for work and rest: they mounted a water cascade with a pool, launched turtles and carp, and planted coastal plants in artificial ponds. According to the chief of the Chernyansky Distribution Zone Sergey Banchenko, the power engineers came up on their own with all the design findings and solutions.
Krasnoyaruzhsky and Krasnogvardeysky Distribution Zones occupied the second and third places - winners and prize-winners of the last years. Another five Distribution Zones are marked by special diplomas in additional nominations. In addition, the commission chose the best "Green Office". It was the dispatch centre of Borisovsky Distribution Zone.
As stressed by the chair of the commission, the head of the HR office of Belgorodenergo Tatiana Tatukova, the holding of the competition promotes a significant increase in the culture of production activities. Aesthetics and harmony of the environment, ecological transformation of enterprises allows employees to combine work with leisure, which on the whole positively affects the results of their work.
