During the workshop for suppliers "Actual changes in the laws 44-FZ and 223-FZ. Practical recommendations for participants of procurement", which was held on 21 August 2018, employees of IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division told about the organization of the purchasing activity of the branch, taking into account the changes in the legislation in the sphere of procurement of goods, works and services.
A leading specialist of the purchasing department of Smolenskenergo Nadezhda Altunina in her report told entrepreneurs about the legislative regulation of the procurement activity of IDGC of Centre, the key principles of organizing the purchasing activity of the energy company, and also about the company’s cooperation with small and medium-sized businesses. The power engineers responded to a number of questions regarding the specifics of participation in the procurement of large customers, and also analyzed some of the typical mistakes made by participants in preparing bids for participation in trade and procurement procedures.
The seminar was organized by the Smolensk Regional Business Support Centre, with which Smolenskenergo has been cooperating for several years, successfully conducting joint events.
Such meetings of power engineers and business representatives are held quarterly. The subject of procurement activity is one of the most relevant.
