Smolenskenergo in the first half of 2018 connected 1,327 new facilities to the electricity grid

IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division, over the past half-year of 2018, completed 1,327 grid connection contracts for a total capacity of 24.531 MW. Among them there are 1,098 physical persons (connected capacity of up to 15 kW) for a total capacity of 13.32 MW. At the execution stage, there are currently 2,022 contracts at the branch. The most active grid connection in the region is in the field of individual housing construction and small and medium-sized businesses. So, for the past period of 2018, the branch provided connection to the electricity grid of three multi-storeyed houses in the city of Smolensk, as well as one multi-storeyed house in the city of Vyazma. The total connected capacity was 0.46 MW.

In addition, the Smolensk branch of IDGC of Centre provided electricity to 21 new small and medium-sized businesses in the Smolensk region. The maximum connected capacity was more than 1.89 MW.

Also, in the first half of the year, 6 socially important facilities with a total capacity of 2.5 MW were connected. Among them there is an artesian well, electrical equipment of a boiler house, facilities of the perinatal centre and others.
