Specialists of Kostromaenergo in the first half of the year accepted more than 11 thousand requests from customers

IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division summed up the results of work with customers for the first half of 2018. For 6 months the branch received 11,757 requests. 4,632 of them concerned issues of grid connection, residents of the Kostroma region filed 3,107 applications for provision of value-added services.

The greatest demand was for the value-added for replacement/installation of meters. Since the beginning of the year, there have been registered 2,542 requests of citizens to provide this service. More than 200 people have used the service "Grid connection support".

Residents of the Kostroma region filed 9,429 requests during their personal visits to points of work with customers in Distribution Zones and Customer Service Centres (CSC), the remaining applications were received through the Contact Centre and the Internet reception of IDGC of Centre.

Over the period under review, the company received more than 60 positive pieces of feedback from customers. For example, a resident of the village of Konyukhovo expressed gratitude to workers of Kostromsky Distribution Zone, who on the very next day after the pensioner’s address replaced the dilapidated wooden pole of the power line, located near the house, with a reinforced concrete one. The work was done perfectly and on time," the Kostroma resident says in his review.
