Smolensk power engineers told businessmen about the work of the client’s personal account

In August 2018, during a seminar organized by Autonomous Non-profit Association "Smolensk Regional Centre for Entrepreneurship Support", the head of the customer relations department of IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division Vladimir Panfilov spoke about the connection to the branch’s grids and the new online service submitting applications for grid connection.

The event was attended by representatives of the Smolensk Regional Centre for Entrepreneurship Support, as well as individual entrepreneurs and limited liability companies in various fields of activity, such as TC "Vaskovo", "Packplus", "DorRemStroy", "Rostkom", "Transit-C", "Company "LETRA", "Profit", "Lumber trade house", "Furniture centre", "Eurostyle and K", GC "Aegis", "Art cooperation" and others.

During the seminar, the businessmen discussed the details of the provision of grid connection services, learned about the changes in legislation, the measures taken by the branch to simplify the procedure for grid connection, and increase transparency of relationships with consumers. Also, the businessmen were interested in the possibilities of a new service - the client’s personal account of IDGC of Centre on the official website of the company at lkk.mrsk-1.ru, where it is possible to apply online for a new connection. Vladimir Panfilov told how to register in your personal account, on examples he explained the mechanism for filing an application for grid connection, necessary documents.

"Over 7 months of this year, through the client’s personal account of IDGC of Centre, more than 60% of all applications for connection to the branch’s grid were submitted. It should be noted that this indicator grows every month, which allows us to conclude that this software is convenient for clients of the grid company. In addition to grid connection applications, through the personal account, consumers also apply for implementation of value-added services and provision of various information related to the company’s activities," commented the head of the customer relations department of Smolenskenergo Vladimir Panfilov.
