Yarenergo completed the fifth working season of construction crews

For one month and a half, 8 students of the Aviation College - a structural unit of the RSATU named after P.A. Solovyov, 6 students of the Yaroslavl Automotive College and 10 students of the Kazan State Energy University worked at power facilities of IDGC of Centre - Yarenergo division.

After having their training and passing the exam for the second group on electrical safety, the students worked in Distribution Zones - Yaroslavlsky, Rybinsky, Uglichsky, Poshekhonsky, Myshkinsky, Nekrasovsky and "Yargorelectroset" Distribution Zone. During the work, the future specialists mastered the specifics of taking readings of meters, observed the dispatcher’s work, worked with crews for operation of distribution grids, transformer and distribution substations, performed general construction work, studied the necessary technical documentation and the safety regulations.

"I worked here for a month and a half. It was very interesting and informative - we observed the work of specialists, adopted the experience, learned a lot," said Ratmir Fadeev, a student at the Kazan State Energy University. "This is the most fruitful summer of my life!"

Also, the students were involved in uncomplicated work in the preparation of the power grid complex for the autumn-winter period.

"As part of a crew, we applied dispatcher’s names, took part in installation of power line poles, installed locks on disconnectors, did not sit idle, every day there was a new job," shared his impressions Almir Shigabutdinov, a student at the Kazan State Energy University. "I came for new knowledge and new impressions. I did not regret a second!"

At the solemn event dedicated to the completion of the construction crew work, the head of IDGC of Centre - Yarenergo division noted that the work in existing crews of Yarenergo’s employees allowed the young people to get involved in the production process and to better understand their chosen profession.
