An electrician for operation of distribution networks of City Distribution Zone of IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division Sergey Volkov has been entered the board of honour of the city of Kostroma.
Annual renewal of the honour board is a tribute of respect and gratitude to the best representatives of the city, distinguished by diligence in their work. In addition, every year the event is held as part of the celebration of the City Day of Kostroma.
Sergey A. Volkov devoted 19 years to energy. During his time in Kostromaenergo he proved himself to be a responsible person who knows and loves his profession. More than once he showed himself during the work on restoration of power supply disrupted by bad weather, during which he quickly and professionally coped with the tasks set. In addition, Sergey Volkov as a member of a crew took part in elimination of technological violations caused by bad weather in other districts of the Kostroma region (Buysky, Sudislavsky, Galichsky). In 2007, he was awarded the Letter of Gratitude from the administration of the Kostroma region, and in 2010 - the Certificate of Honour of IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division.
"It is very honourable for me that out of the huge number of professionals from the Kostromaenergo branch, this year I was chosen. I have been working at the enterprise for 19 years, and, I had no merit, if it were not for the work of our entire crew. Only by joint efforts we give positive results in work. Therefore, it is not only my merit, but also of our entire crew of electricians of City Distribution Zone," stressed Sergey Volkov.
