Since the beginning of the year, Tambovenergo recovered more than 68 million rubles from debtors

IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division continues the claim-related work aimed at paying off receivables for consumed electricity.

From January to June 2018, 90 cases initiated by Tambovenergo in the total amount of 133 million rubles were in the production of courts of various instances. In 23 cases, decisions were already made in favour of the company, the total amount claimed against them was 68 million rubles. 10 executive lists worth 54 million rubles were transferred to the bailiff service as of 30 June 2018 to recover.

Actions of non-payers jeopardize the reliability of power supply to consumers in the region, since funds received by Tambovenergo for the provision of electricity transmission services are used, among other things, to implement production programs. The enterprise will consistently continue the work on recovery of accounts receivable, using for this purpose all mechanisms provided by the current legislation.
