IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division summed up the results of work on connection of customers to power grids for 6 months of the current year.
During the reporting period, the branch received 1,370 applications for grid connection, 1,112 grid connection contracts were concluded, 932 contracts were executed. The total capacity of the facilities connected to the grids was 24.77 MW.
Among the large grid connection facilities is a high-tech meat processing complex with a production capacity of 185 thousand tons per year, located in the village of Linets of Zheleznogorsky district in the Kursk region. Within the framework of the grid connection contract of the enterprise, specialists of the branch constructed a 14-kilometre tap of the overhead line "Troitskaya-Voropaevo" to the applicant’s substation, and also installed an automatic switching device (recloser). The total connected capacity of the facility is 4.9 MW.
In accordance with the agreement, the branch of Kurskenergo increased by 800 kW the capacity of the mushroom growing complex "Mushroom Rainbow", connected in 2017. Also, the power company carried out the adjustment of relay protection and automation equipment at the substation "Prigorodnaya" and in the adjacent grid.
