In accordance with the list of measures for engineering development of the residential housing neighbourhoods, approved by the Government of the region, IDGC of Centre - Belgorodenergo division this year will construct power supply grids for 1,231 individual housing construction sites, including 214 land plots. About 200 million rubles (including VAT) were allocated for these purposes.
In the first half of the year, the work was completed in the Glushinsky and Razumnoye-71 microdistricts. 220 owners of land plots got the opportunity to connect to the grid here. The construction of power lines and substations in the Maysky-80, Razumnoye-81, Stroitel, Prolesky and Fedoseevka microdistricts continues. Design and survey work is being performed in another three microdistricts - Streletskoe-83, Molodezhny and Shishino-84.
Until the end of the year Belgorodenergo will provide the power grid infrastructure to 13 microdistricts of individual housing construction, among them, besides the above-mentioned, Streletskoye-73 and Pushkarnoe-78 in Belgorodsky district and the microdistrict "At the post of the traffic police" in Novooskolsky district. In total, the branch will construct about 65 km of grids and 16 package transformer substations with a total capacity of 3.3 MW.
The regional program for providing affordable and comfortable housing and communal services to residents of the Belgorod region has been implemented since 2005. During this time, the branch provided power supply for more than 70,000 private developers, constructed over 5,000 km of 0.4-10 kV power lines, commissioned more than 1,100 transformer substations. All the work was performed with the use of modern electric grid equipment, which provides a high level of reliability and safety of power supply to consumers.
