In the first half of the year, Kurskenergo repaired about 1,400 km of overhead power lines

IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division summed up the results of the implementation of the repair program for six months of 2018. The energy company repaired equipment at eight large substations (SS), of which the most significant are the substations 110/35/10 "Schigry", "Uyutnoye", 110/10 kV "Pribor", 35/10 kV "Water Reservoir" that feed district centres and the category facilities.

Specialists of Kurskenergo repaired 35 switches of 110-35 kV, oil receivers of transformers at four substations of 110/35/10, 229 transformer substations.

During the period under review, Kurskenergo’s crews performed repair of over 1,400 km of 0.4-110 kV overhead power lines. To reduce the risk of technological disturbances caused by falling trees on wires, 422.7 hectares of ROWs were cleared from tree and shrub vegetation.

According to the plan, this year Kurskenergo will repair equipment at 23 substations of 35-110 kV, repair 421 transformer substations and over 2 thousand kilometres of overhead power lines, clear 773 hectares of ROWs from the tree and shrub vegetation.

In total, about 350 million rubles will be allocated for the implementation of the repair program of Kurskenergo in 2018.
