A letter from Oleg Korolev, Governor of the Lipetsk region, was received in the name of General Director of IDGC of Centre, Oleg Isaev. The head of the region expresses gratitude to the company for quick connection to the electric grid of the large agrotechnical exhibition "All-Russian Field Day-2018" and provision of high-quality power supply for the whole time of the large-scale event.
For the purpose of connecting the demonstration sites, IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division in a short time constructed three kilometres of 10 kV overhead lines, installed transformer substations of the required capacity and outdoor lighting fixtures.
The Agrotechnical Exhibition "All-Russian Field Day" is a unique event of the Russian agrarian sector. It was attended by leading companies and leading experts from 67 regions of the country, representatives of federal government bodies of the Russian Federation, delegations of countries of near and far abroad. The honorary guests of the event were Minister of Agriculture of Russia Dmitry Patrushev and Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Agrarian Issues Vladimir Kashin.
"Thanks to the well-coordinated work of the region’s power engineers, dozens of pavilions and an exhibition platform were provided with uninterrupted power supply for all days of the agrotechnical forum," Governor of the Lipetsk region Oleg Korolev said in the letter.
For the period of work of the agrotechnical forum, additional measures were taken in the Lipetsk branch of IDGC of Centre to ensure the reliability of the power supply to the pavilions. 24-hour watch of the operating and restoration crews was organized, additional reserve power supplies were installed. All this allowed to provide participants and guests of the exhibition with comfortable conditions for conducting negotiations, exchanging experience, concluding agreements.
