Important business by joint efforts

27.07.2018

"When I learned that there will be exercises of this scale in Dagestan, I immediately expressed a great desire to participate in them," says Roman Panin, an electrician for operation of distribution grids of the 4th category of Rzhevsky Distribution Zone of IDGC of Centre - Tverenergo division, sharing his impressions.

All 15 years of work in the energy industry, he always tries to be at the forefront, in addition to travel to the nearest regions, whether it is helping colleagues in emergencies or planned activities. So, 5 years ago Roman twice went to prepare for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.

"Every day of the exercises in Dagestan is something new, different people, new places, villages, small settlements," says Roman. Today, his crew is changing uninsulated wire for self-supporting insulated wire (SIW) in the village of Dorgeli with colleagues from Voronezh.

Yesterday the Tver power engineers worked with colleagues from Belgorodenergo. "The colossal, of course, exchange of experience occurs daily, it looks like doing all the same work, but in different ways," the employee of Tverenergo continues.

According to the power engineer, he is pleasantly impressed by the reaction to their work of local residents: "We have probably never eaten such watermelons, every day all residents try to treat them, even inviting them to dinner, they want to acquaint us with national cuisine. Men constantly ask if they need help, and children watch the work all day, watch our vehicles, even ask questions." And in every word of Roman there is a trace of pride for the great and important work that they are carrying out jointly for the residents of the Republic of Dagestan.
