Specialists of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division are preparing to begin reconstruction of grids for safe operation of the 12-kilometre "Uspenovka-Kalugino" road under construction in Inzhavinsky district of the Tambov region.
The new transport artery will connect the village of Kalugino with the federal highway "Tambov-Penza". Some of its sections lie within guard zones of overhead lines (Conductors) of 0.4-10 kV. In order to exclude the possibility of their damage in the event of emergency on the road, and as a consequence, power supply failure, it was decided to move poles and remove the overhead lines from the road works area.
The reconstruction of the new transport artery will begin in July and will end in November this year. Within the framework of these works, the energy company will transfer one crossing of the 0.4 kV overhead line and three crossings of the 10 kV overhead lines with a total length of about three hundred metres.
"Our team worked promptly and smoothly, as soon as possible, having prepared all the necessary documentation for concluding an agreement with representatives of road services. Terms of work on our part will be reduced to the maximum. We will do everything possible to ensure that the Tambov roads are as convenient as possible," stressed Acting Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division director Nikolay Bogomolov.
