Acting Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division director Nikolay Bogomolov took part in the solemn event for awarding of diplomas to graduates of the Power Engineering Department of the Tambov State Technical University (TSTU) of the Energy, Instrument and Radio Electronics Institute. He congratulated the audience on the completion of the training and awarded diplomas with honours to the best students.
"In the future, it is young engineers who are to carry out a full-scale modernization of the power grid complex, introduce into practice fundamentally new models of domestic equipment in the energy sector. And I hope that many of today’s graduates will eventually become part of a large and friendly team of Tambovenergo. I want to wish you success in your new independent life and bright professional events!" stressed Nikolay Bogomolov.
Tambovenergo and the TSTU are linked by long-term fruitful cooperation in the field of personnel training. Employees of the branch regularly hold vocational guidance meetings, round tables and open doors days for students. In addition, over the past few years, the university and the enterprise were actively cooperating in the framework of the project to organize the work of students’ crews of the power grid complex.
