10.07.2018

IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division annually organizes summer rest for children of employees of the enterprise. The opportunity to improve their health and benefit from the summer was provided to the children in the framework of the collective agreement, which operates in IDGC of Centre, and thanks to the close cooperation of power engineers with the administrations of the Kostroma region and the city of Kostroma. This summer, a total of 76 children of the company’s employees will be able to take advantage of it.

The children will have a rest in the specialized recreational camp "Electronik", which for many years has served as a base for resting children of power engineers. There are all conditions created for this: creative associations, circles and sections are working. Kostromaenergo’s employees also participate in the organization of useful leisure time for campers. Together with representatives of the regional departments of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the Kostroma regional branch of the All-Russian Voluntary Fire Society and the State Inspectorate for Small Boats, they conduct route games for them on safety issues.

"It has become a good tradition that children of employees of Kostromaenergo annually rest in our camp in summer," stressed Olga Stupakova, Director of the "Electronik" camp. "At the present time, two thematic camp shifts "City of professions. Reboot" ended, in which the children in an interactive form were able to get acquainted with various specialties, including energy. It is worth noting, the children of employees of Kostromaenergo perfectly know professional duties of their parents. In addition, they are all familiar with the rules of electrical safety, take an active part in all activities for safety of life."

"Kostromaenergo is trying to make rest for our employees’ children more affordable: according to the collective agreement of IDGC of Centre for 2016-2018, 80% of the cost of their vouchers is paid by the enterprise. With the minimum expenses of parents, the children spend their summer holidays with health benefits, with education and safety," stressed Nadezhda Muravieva, the head of the HR department at Kostromaenergo.
