Specialists of IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division took part in the Career Day, which was organized for its graduates by the Kostroma Energy College named after V.F. Chizhov (KEC). The event was held on the day of awarding diplomas.
Eight organizations from different spheres and industries presented to future specialists several dozen vacancies: from work in trade and energy to serving in the police and the army. Employees of Kostromaenergo told the young people about their daily work, about tasks facing the enterprise, about what they need to know in order to become a power engineer, and handed out career guidance booklets.
Kostromaenergo employs graduates of specialized educational institutions on a permanent basis. Every year, young specialists, who graduated from the Kostroma Energy College, are also recruited by the company.
