Specialists of Kostromaenergo over five months repaired more than 170 transformer substations and distribution points

IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division summed up the results of implementation of the repair program for five months of 2018.

During the reporting period, the energy company repaired 173 transformer substations and distribution points with a voltage of 6-10 kV. On overhead lines 2,184 insulators and 397 poles were replaced. 592.8 hectares of ROWs were cleared from the tree and shrubby vegetation.

In total, in preparation for the autumn-winter season of 2018-2019, specialists of Kostromaenergo plan to repair 21 substations of 35-110 kV and 598 substations with a voltage of 0.4-6-10 kV, and also clear 1,656 hectares of ROWs. "The implementation of the repair program will ensure stable operation of the power grid complex and reliable electricity supply to the region’s consumers during the cold season," stressed Andrey Meluzov, deputy chief engineer for production assets management and development of Kostromaenergo.
