July 2, 2018 at the training centre of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division the fifth summer working season of the students’ crew "Energy" of the Tambov State Technical University (TSTU) was solemnly opened. Representatives of the management of Tambovenergo and TSTU took part in the event.
Acting Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division director Nikolay Bogomolov addressed with a welcome speech to members of "Energy": "You have to work in a team of Tambov power engineers - a large and friendly team of professionals. Working at Tambovenergo, you will get acquainted with advanced technologies in the field of energy, new equipment. I hope that this semester will become for you a real school of skills."
Director of the Institute of Power Engineering, Instrumentation and Radioelectronics of TSTU, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Tatyana Chernyshova in her speech stressed that the students of TSTU for the fifth consecutive year will work at facilities of Tambovenergo. "The tradition of construction crews of the Tambov State Technical University has more than a dozen years," Tatyana Chernyshova reminded. "Their members were an example for their classmates, the pride of the university. I am confident that this will be the result of this working season in Tambovenergo."
The festive line-up ended with the presentation of the "Labour vouchers" to the members of "Energy". The season of students’ construction crews of the power grid complex will last from July 2 to August 15. The construction crew "Energy" will work at facilities of Tambovsky Distribution Zone. Its members will be involved in routine inspections of power equipment, revision and repair of equipment of transformer substations, power transformers of 0.4-10 kV, cleaning of felling residues during clearing of ROWs. The safety of their work will be under special control.
