For 5 months of 2018 IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division at requests of a branch of SmolenskAtomEnergoSbyt JSC AtomEnergoSbyt imposed electricity supply restriction on 767 debtors with significant accounts receivable for consumed electric energy. Among them there are 164 legal entities - enterprises of housing and communal services, organizations of the budgetary sphere, production companies of various forms of ownership and others, and 603 residential customers.

IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division puts restrictions on power supply for consumers - legal entities by means of switching at electric grid facilities of the grid company. In addition to paying debts to restore power supply, non-payers are obliged to compensate for costs of switching off and reconnecting their power plants to the electricity grids of IDGC of Centre.
