85 children of employees of IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division became participants of the specialized "energy" shift "Time of your opportunities", which opened in the sports and health centre named after V. Tereshkova in the ecosite of Solyanka in the city of Kursk. Such an opportunity was provided to the children within the framework of the collective agreement and the program for recreation of children of power engineers, as well as due to the close cooperation of the branch with the administrations of the Kursk region, the city of Kursk and the Kursk regional organization "All-Russian Electroprofsoyuz".
A number of career guidance activities have been planned for the participants of the shift "Time of your opportunities". This is, in particular, meetings with representatives of energy companies, including employees of Kurskenergo. Specialists of the branch will teach lessons on the regional power industry, tell them about its milestones and people who played an important role in its development, and conduct electrical safety classes.
Sports competitions, quests, route games, taking extreme photos, various creative events will be held for children of power engineers. In addition, within the framework of the volunteer year announced in 2018 in Russia, volunteer projects are included in the shift program.
"The organization of a full-fledged recreation of the children of employees is an important component of the social policy of the enterprise," stressed Nikolay Kalinin, the chairman of Kurskenergo’s trade union organization. "The trade union committee and the branch’s management annually organize a summer health campaign for them in such a way that they spend time interestingly and profitably."
