Tambovenergo for four months of 2018 accepted more than 15 thousand calls of consumers

IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division summed up the results of work with consumers for four months of 2018.

During the reporting period, the branch received 15,628 consumer requests. The main part (12,885 calls) was sent in absentia (through the call centre of IDGC of Centre, the Internet reception, mail), the rest was filed during customer visits to the company’s service offices.

More than one thousand calls concerned grid connection issues. Over two thousand times, citizens applied to Tambovenergo for provision of value-added services.

The results of four months showed an increase in the demand by Tambov residents for the service "Performance of work related to the client’s competence in the grid connection process" ("Grid connection support"). In January-April, they concluded with the power company about 130 contracts for the provision of this service for a total of about 3 million rubles. The growth compared with the same period in 2017 was 178%.

Tambovenergo actively works to inform consumers about its services through regional media, the corporate site of IDGC of Centre and sites of municipal entities of the Tambov region. The list of value-added services provided by the enterprise is placed on stands in Distribution Zones. In addition, the energy company organizes field presentations in municipalities. Thus, in January-April, representatives of Tambovenergo’s service sales unit carried out presentations of the service for maintenance and development of outdoor lighting networks for heads of village councils in a number of districts of the region.
