On 1 June, in the Energy History Museum of IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division a solemn ceremony of awarding children of employees of the branch - winners of the qualifying stage of the children’s drawing contest "Rosseti: Drawing Children" was held.
Six children of Kurskenergo’s employees participated in the contest, organized by Rosseti, they presented drawings made in various graphic techniques. As a result, all the children became winners of the qualifying stage. Yulia Vasilieva won the first place in the nomination "Sports planet "Rosseti", Vasilisa Evsyukova and Ilya Mikhailov won the second place in the nominations respectively "Rosseti" - 5 years together" and "Energy of the future: reality and fantasy".
Three more participants - Sofya Shentseva, Karina Zaikina and Tatiana Kosinova were awarded an additional nomination "Audience sympathies".
Diplomas and valuable prizes were given to the winners by the head of the HR department of Kurskenergo Lyudmila Mokrousova.
"It is symbolical that in the year of the 60th anniversary of Kurskenergo the children of our employees take an active part in energy-related events. And they do it with pleasure and talent," Lyudmila Mokrousova stressed.
The contest of children’s drawings "Rosseti: Drawing Children!" is held annually by the Rosseti Group of Companies. It involves children of employees of subsidiaries that are members of the Rosseti Group of Companies between the ages of 5 and 14.
The purpose of the contest is to educate the labour and patriotic qualities of the younger generation, to increase the interest of children in the power engineering profession, and to strengthen cultural and corporate ties between the power grid organizations.
