Over four months, Lipetskenergo received more than 17,000 customer calls

For the period from January to April 2018, customer service offices of IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division received 17,779 calls. Of these, 81% (14,398) of the calls are from individuals, 19% (3,381) from legal entities.

Most of all the calls were made for the provision of services for connection to electric grids - 2,825 such requests were received. In addition, Lipetskenergo provided a wide range of additional services - 2,398 requests, among which the service for installing and replacing meters with 1078 calls was the most popular.

The second most popular among the additional services was the service for performing work related to the competence of customers on technical conditions, when implementing the grid connection procedure (756). Such services such as the provision of resources - 414 are still in demand. Consumers applied for maintenance and repair of electrical equipment (48 requests), removal of restrictions on the use of land (30 requests), setup of outdoor lighting systems (44 requests).

For the convenience of customers, Lipetskenergo operates 18 customer service offices in each district centre of the region and one integrated Service Centre in Lipetsk.
