Representatives of IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division took part in the seminar "Online cash register 2018", which took place in the administration of the municipal formation "Yartsevsky district". Entrepreneurs of Yartsevsky, Kholm-Zhirkovsky and Kardymovsky districts of the Smolensk region became participants of the event.
Vladimir Panfilov, the head of the customer relations department at IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division, told businessmen about the work of the personal account on IDGC of Centre’s website (lkk.mrsk-1.ru) and on the procedure for submitting online applications for grid connection. With the help of this remote service, customers who plan to connect power installations with a maximum capacity of up to 150 kW inclusive, without a personal visit, can apply at any time and from any device with access to the Internet to an application for connection to electric grids. The service also allows to further monitor the progress of the application, get acquainted with the contract and technical conditions, sign it with an electronic signature and track changes in stages of the application and the implementation of activities under the concluded agreement on the execution of the grid connection. In addition, in the "personal account" there is an opportunity to apply for the service "Grid connection on a turn-key basis" and other services of the company.
