Specialists of Kostromaenergo in the first quarter accepted more than 4.5 thousand requests from customers

IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division summed up the results of work with customers for the first quarter. During the reporting period, employees of the enterprise’s customer unit received 4,641 calls, including 2,232 through the Customer Service Centre (CSC) and 2,409 through customer service offices in Distribution Zones. More than 2.3 thousand requests dealt with issues of connection to electric grids.

The grid connection service turned out to be the most in demand: in the first quarter customers sent 1,228 requests to Kostromaenergo for its provision. Also, such additional services were popular as "Installation and replacement of metering devices" (1,100 requests were registered) and "Performing work related to the client’s competence in the grid connection process" (113 requests).

Kostromaenergo, following the principle of customer focus, conducts systematic work to improve the quality of customer service. So, today residents of the Kostroma region have the opportunity to apply for a new connection, obtain and sign a grid connection agreement, pay for services, track the execution of requests and contracts in the client's personal account on IDGC of Centre’s website at www.mrsk-1.ru. It is worth noting that the popularity of this channel of communication is growing: in the first quarter of 2018, 333 requests of customers were sent through the personal account to Kostromaenergo - 37% more than in the same period last year (244 requests were filed).
