IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division continues to work systematically to collect accounts receivable for electric power transmission services. At the same time, the most effective measure to strengthen financial discipline is the claim and lawsuit work and subsequent executive actions conducted by employees of the energy company in conjunction with the Federal Service of Court Bailiffs and financial institutions
Smolenskenergo’s legal support department sent 56 claims to courts of various instances for the total amount of 45.99 million rubles for the 1st quarter of 2018. During the same period, the courts considered 50 applications for collection of 200 thousand rubles of arrears for electricity sold to consumers during the period of the functions of a supplier of last resort and 28 applications for recovery of 11.38 million rubles of arrears arising from other types of economic activities of the enterprise. 18 lawsuits were satisfied for the amount of 8.27 million rubles. More than 3.47 million rubles have already been recovered as a result of effective interaction of specialists of the legal unit of the enterprise with bailiffs-executors.
Funds received by power engineers from non-payers, first of all, will be used to finance production activities and modernization of electric grid facilities in the region.
