Employees of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division visited the Republic of Belarus in the past holidays. The trip was organized by the management and the trade union organization of the branch.
The power engineers visited historical and memorable places in the city of Minsk, after which they laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame on the Victory Square for defenders of the Motherland. At the memorial complex "Khatyn", erected on the site of the village of the same name, burned in 1943 by fascists together with residents, they honoured the memory of all those who died during the Great Patriotic War. And on the "Hill of Glory" they learned about the key events of Operation "Bagration", which became a decisive stage in the liberation of Belarus.
The trip ended with a visit to the cities of Mir and Nesvizh, famous for their ancient castles. According to the power engineers, the visit to Belarus left an unforgettable impression.
